Made of white earthenware clay my Long Platters, made for every day use, are individually hand built designs. They are fired to just under 2000 degrees with multiple layers of hand brushed, semi opaque and vibrant colors. Designed as a serving platter for everything from cheese and crackers to a whole fish, they can also be used as individual dinner plates.
